We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

1. Return and Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product received is defective, non-functional, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video & Proof
Please ensure you record an unboxing video as proof for any claims.

The video must be continuous, starting from the moment you begin opening the parcel, to show the product's initial state, the original packaging, and the invoice label clearly.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not be entertained without this visual proof.
3. Reporting and Resolution Process

Reporting Time: You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Report: Please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 342 1674811 with your Order ID and the required unboxing video.

Resolution: Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a return pickup. We will dispatch the correct or functional product within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund to your preferred payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer) within 3-5 business days.
